I, Virendra Lal Singh S/o Late Manohar Lal Singh, Age -43 years, Designation- Manager, Office
at ABZ Bank, Chandvaji Village, District Jaipur, Rajasthan do hereby solemnly state and affirm
as under:-

1. I state that I have produced/ submitted the CCTV footage of the camera installed at the
premises of the ATM.
2. The content/video/audio/picture of the said CCTV footage are taken from the camera
DVR installed in the premises of the ATM and the same is maintained, managed and
operated by me as such the said CCTV camera footage/device has not tampered in any
manner.
3. I undertake that the said CCTV footage/ device as submitted to you true and correct.
4. In the footage at 5:44 AM four individuals can be seen to have left immediately just after
the deceased had gone.
