Instructions to the Candidates

01. This admit card will be applicable for written examination, practical test (if any) and viva voce.

02. Applicant must carry this admit card during every examination.

03. Applicant must sit in the examination hall at least 15 minutes prior to written examination. On the day of written examination, it is forbidden to leave the hall
before the test ends.

04. Applicant is prohibited from bringing books, bag, mobile phone or any other type of communication device. Applicant is not allowed to use any type of
calculator in written exam and practical test.

05. Applicant must use the same signature for application, attendance sheet and answer script.

06. Applicant must use black ink ball point pen to fill up all parts and circles of Optical Mark Reader (OMR) sheet, as applicable.

07. Applicant is barred from entering the examination hall 15 minutes after the written examination starts.

08. Applicant must report at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time for viva voce.

09. Examination Date, Time and Venue will be published in BBS website (www.bbs.gov.bd).

10. In addition to attested photocopies of his/her educational qualification and experience, an applicant must produce original copies of all necessary documents
before the Viva Board.

11. Invigilators in the examination hall will match the photograph of the applicant in the attendance sheet with that of the admit card before taking his/her signature.
Legal action will be taken against the applicant if any irregularity is detected.

12. Applicant will be expelled if the general instructions are not followed or if found guilty of misconduct, misbehavior or adopting unfair means.
