local language.
e) They posses complete knowledge of the products they will be promoting in the store
f) The promoters will be provided with standard uniform applicable details of which will be
communicated.

Dear Sir,

Sub: Promotion of our Products/Services through Spencer’s Outlet situated at

MGF Spencers Gurgaon - regarding

Please refer to our request and your acceptance for promoting our products/services from your Spencer’s
outlet situated at _MGF Gurgaon . In furtherance to the said arrangement, we deploy the following
Promoters at the above mentioned store on temporary basis.

We would like to inform that we have registered with the Labour Department and obtained requisite
permissions. The above Promoters are employed on our rolls and we are remitting & paying the statutory
deductions (both employee and employer) without limiting to Provident Fund, ESI, and Bonus. We will be
submitting the documentary evidence remitting the above payments as and when demanded by you.

Further, we undertake to comply with all the labour laws, rules without limiting to employment and
payment of wages. We also undertake the responsibility of the Promoter’s behavior and their demureness
during the deployment in the store.

Yet further, we also undertake to indemnify and make good the loss incurred Spencers Retail Limited for
any loss, claim, penalty, damages arises on account deploying the above promoters in Spencer’s Outlets.
