The company has proposes to construct residential

development in the state of Tamil Nadu. Total Plot area is
52204.49 Sqm. The total built-up area of the proposal is
296817.78Sqm.
We have revised the plan and the revised proposal comprises of
Block A, B, C: combined double basement + Stilt + 19 floors
(Block A: 1st floor - Partly commercial); Block D: stilt + 19 floors;
Block E, F, G, H: Basement + Stilt + 19 floors; Block I: Club house
- G + 3 floors. The revised built up area is 296818 Sqm with the
dwelling unit of 4158 nos. There is no change in the Plot area.
Total investment of the project - After Plan Revision Rs. 331.77
