SCENE 1

One day an old friend of Bopet named Tsu Lee come to Indonesia from Singapore, then she
contacted Bopet via Whatsapp

T : Hey Pet! Where are you? I’m in Indonesia right now

B : Really? When did you arrive?

T : I arrived yesterday, by the way I wanna know about MRT in Indonesia

B : of course, when do you wanna go there?

T : Tomorrow Pet

B : Okay but, I invited my girlfriend tomorrow, is it okay?

T : Oh it’s OK

B : But, do you know the way to MRT?

T : I know. First, take the CLl on Tebet right?

B : yes. Okay then

B : OK, I’ll wait at CL Tebet tomorrow

T : Okayy

SCENE 2

Tsu Lee ordering motorcycle online, and then she wait.

DN : mba sule yak? (Dalam Bahasa Indonesia)

T : what? Sule? My name is Tsu Lee sir.

DN : hhmm, are you a tourist?

T : Yes

DN : Okay, please go up ms.

(they headed towards their destination to Tebet station.)

SCENE 3

When she arrived at Tebet station, Tsu Lee immediately ran away, but she forget to return the
helmet.

DN : Hey Ms! Ms!

T : Yaa…?

DN : Excuse me ms, my helmet is still in your head ms.

T : Oh sorry here it is

DN : It’s okay ms no problem, thank you.

T : OK

SCENE 4

Tsu Lee immediately approached Bopet inside the station.

T : Hey Bopet

B : Hey Tsu Lee, this is my girlfriend

A : My name is Apipil, nice to meet you.

T : My name is Tsu Lee, nice to meet you too.

And they walked to the entrance stairs.

T : Really ?! This is CL station ?

B : Yes. It is

T :

B : Yes this is Indonesian dude

T : Ohh this is MRT Jakarta that’s cool

A : Yes, Lee, this is the infrastructure of MRT Jakarta

B : Look it that, he is our lecture. Lets ask him. Heloo Mr. danal !!!

OD : what are you doing here ?

B : This is my friend, she wanna know about green infrastructure

OD : It’s a good topic, okay, let me tell you about green infrastructure.

Green infrastructure is a spatial planning concept that applies environmentally friendly

infrastructure.

B : Why does it have to be environmentally friendly, Sir? Isn't the Indonesian people known for
their hospitality, sir?

OD : It’s not like that, beautiful. what I mean is that the infrastructure built must be balanced
with the ecosystem so it doesn't interfere with the natural cycle of the environment. For
example if you are build a station, you have to provide the runoff water flow.

A, T, B : oohh I see.

T : I also want to ask Sir, why is it called Green Infrastructure?

OD : because at this time many infrastructures were built without regard to the green land that
functions as the lungs of the world, which causes global warming.

A, T, B : Oohh… alright…

B : Sir I wan to ask aga- ( the story is cut because driver nono comes suddenly )

SCENE 7

In the middle of their conversation, come a man who approached them.

DN : Hey Danal!!!

T : Huh? Sir, aren’t you the driver online?

DN : Yes, that’s right. But I am also part of the infrastructure division.

T : Ohh wow amazing!!!

A : Sorry sir, what’s your name?

DN : My name is Nono Pramono

A, T, B : (They hold back laughing)

A : Sir I wanna ask you something. Mr. Danal said, when building this station, you have to think
about where the rainwater will flow, is that important sir?

DN : of course. Hm okay, c’mon I will tell you a little more about the infrastructure

Why do we have to make runoff water flow? So that when it rains at the station, there will
be no flooding around the station. Therefore we have to make the flow like pipes and flow it to a
lower place. And also can be distributed to plants around the station to keep growing. And we have
to make an environment-friendly station.

We also have to create a green infrastructure to maintain the health quality of the passengers, and
the passengers do not experience psychological disorders due to waiting for the MRT, with the green
infrastructure, passengers will feel comfortable in the station. This MRT station, railroad and train
are also environmentally friendly. MRT Jakarta is driven by electricity so it doesn’t cause CO2
emissions in cities.

B : I wannna ask something, sir. But here I will talk in general. As far as I know the rails are
made of steel. If someday the steel on earth has thinned out, what will you do for the future
?

DO : Before discussing about it, do you know what steel comes from ?

T : that’s good. In my opinion we can reduce production steel by recycling old steel to make
useful new steel. So everytime we built a construction we can use recycle steel. This is
beneficial not only for the nature but also save expenses.

DN : Yes it’s true what Danal said. In my opinion, if one day the natural resource are used up,
then we must look for other alternatives. Maybe someday in Indonesia, rail made from
magnet such as maglev in China that utilizes magnetic force to lift the train so that the train
doesn’t touch the rails, so that the frictional force can be reduced. Maglev train also use
magnetism as a booster

B : But why maglev in Indonesian doesn’t yet exist ?

DN : Because the high cost of manufacturing magnetic rails and also maintenance.

B : Thank you so much sir for the information

T : Alright sir, I wanna try MRT Jakarta right now.

DN : Of course, enjoy the trip
