1. Fit the Fixture on the block with the help of 02 Mounting Screws on the fixture.
2. Rotate the Eccentric Chain Idler / Tensioner Sprocket in anticlockwise direction with
MST-251 to set Zero on the dial gauge.
3. Turn the MST-521 clockwise to get the required play (0.5 -*1.0 mm).

FIP shaft by removing the lock plate & torque er. Put Slotted pins in the Holes (‘F’ should be
the Bolt-1.5kgm. facing you).
2. Remove the FIP mounting bolts. 5. Assemble FIP pusher Plate of MST with Allen
3. Place sprocket Locking pins (three no.) of screws, ensure plate is matching properly on
MST 0270 in sprocket relief holes provided on all the three pins.
FIP sprocket; Torque 1-1.5 kgm. 6. Push FIP by tightening M16 bolt.
