1.1 General description including Buyer's specifications and data sheet
总体说明，包括买方的技术规格书和数据表
1.1.1 General description 总体说明
斗式提升机电机防护等级 IP55，绝缘等级为 F 级。减速机 SEW/FLENDER。链轮传动，并加装逆止器、慢传动装
置。
The protection code of motors shall be IP55, and the insulation shall be F grade. The reducer sub-vendor shall be
SEW or Flender. The bucket elevators shall be driven by chains, on which backstop devices and low speed
transmission devices shall be equipped.
提升用链条：采用合金钢高强度耐磨链条，按国标 GB8350-2003 设计制造，各部件经过热处理。链轮用合金钢制
造，采用精密加工和热处理。
The lifting chain adopts alloy steel chain of high strength and abrasion resistance, which shall be designed and
manufactured according to the national standard GB8350-2003. All mechanical parts of elevators shall be heat treated.
Sprocket wheel made of alloy steel shall adopt precision machining and heat treatment.
料斗使用碳钢板焊接制成，与链条联接采用特殊的弯板结构，避免了由于焊接垫板所造成的结构缺陷。
Bucket shall be made of carbon steel plate. A special chain-bucket connection structure is to be adopted, with
which method the structure defects caused by welding base plate can be avoided.
链板与料斗连接采用 8.8 高强度螺栓。
The buckets shall be connected to chain plates with high strength 8.8 degree bolts.
斗提机头部与物料卸料方式相符合，既保证物料抛出后出料口能接住料，也保证物料重力下落时，有落料距离，并
在出料口设接料橡胶唇，保证斗提机尽可能少返料或不返料。顶部设吸尘口一个，顶部细粉可被吸走。头部箱体机头罩
采用整体式结构，便于拆卸。头部箱体带有两组检查门，及时可以看到卸料情况，也可以看到头轮啮合情况。
The design of head of bucket elevator is suitable for material discharging mode and has several advantages. On
the one hand, when the material is thrown, discharging mouth can catch the materials. On another hand, when the
material is falling under the influence of gravity, there is distance allowing the material to fall. At the same time, the
discharging hole is set with rubber lips for catching the materials, guaranteeing the bucket elevator to revert materials
as little as possible or even do not revert materials. The top has one dust absorption pore which can absorb dusts in
the top and is easy to seal. The cover of the head box adopts integral structure and is easy to remove. Head box has
two sets of inspection doors allowing people to observe discharging conditions in time, and also see the condition of
meshing of head wheel.
机壳，采用钢板压棱工艺制造。整机为全密封设计，密封采用橡胶或其它无石棉材料。在头部机壳处，设有驱动支
架和维修用平台，稳定性良好，在中间壳体处，每个楼层或每间隔一定距离设有导向框架(随机提供)，设备与楼板、建
筑物联接，保持机体横向稳定，在机壳适当部位，设有密封的快开检查门和清扫门。
The chassis is produced by making use of the steel plate edge technology, and is characteristic of good rigidity,
beautiful outside, compact structure, and small occupied area. The whole machine is designed in a structure of
completely sealing, and will not pollute the environment. The flange junction faces of all shells are realized by adopting
rubber gasket, non-asbestos material in the middle. In this way, it can be guaranteed that the shell connection is
completely sealed with no leakage. The head chassis is set with drive bracket and service platform which are of good
stability. In the middle of chassis, each floor or each interval has a guidance frame which is supplied with bucket
elevator. When connected to floor or building, it can keep the lateral stability of the machine body. In the proper
positions of the chassis, well-sealed inspection door and cleaning door are set.
斗提机具备过载 10%的输送能力。料斗装填系数 75%。
The bucket elevators shall be designed and manufactured with 10% overload capacity. The fill factor of buckets is
considered as 75%.

3.12.1 空负荷试车
no load test
首先，点动开车，使牵引链和料斗旋转一周。如运行部分未与其他固定部件发生碰撞和发生卡住现象，即可进行 2
小时的空负荷试车，试车时应注意下列情况。

在空负荷试车结束，并认为合格后，才能进行 16 小时的负荷试车，即在原设计的输送量及输送物料的条件下进行
运输，试车前应将料斗的连接螺栓焊死，以防松动。试车时应注意：

PART 4: START-UP AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 开车和操作说明
4.1. General 概论
斗提机机的操作需要及保养是保障设备正常运行及延长使用寿命的必要条件。如果使用不当，轻则设备损坏，不能
正常使用，重则造成事故。因此，斗提机的保养及安全操作和设备的使用同样重要。
It is necessary to guarantee the normal operation of the equipment and prolong the service life. If used improperly,
the equipment is damaged and can not be used normally. Therefore, the bucket elevator maintenance and safe
operation is equally important.
4.2. Principle of Operating 操作原理
1、操作时必须遵守“无载起动，空载停车”的原则。也就是先开机，待运转正常后，再给料；停车前应将机内的物料
排空。

and then feed; parking should be emptying the machine before the material.
2、工作时，进料应均匀，出料管应通畅，以免引起堵塞。如发行堵塞，应立即停止进料并停机，拉开机座插板，

4.5 Operating Instructions 操作说明
①每小时对斗提机进行一次巡检，检查它的运行是否正常，有无异常振动或噪音，并作好记录；

②随时观察各贮斗的下料情况，防止出现堵塞，下料不均匀等现象；

PART 5: MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS 维修说明
5.1 General 概论
定期检测和维修设备是企业提高效益的基础。设备的长期运行会使设备损坏，造成设备事故，会使生产得不到保障，
并且直接影响生产安全。因此，对设备的定期检测和维护至关重要。
Regular inspection and equipment maintenance are the basis for enterprises to improve efficiency. The long-term
operation of the equipment will cause damage to equipment, resulting in equipment accidents, will not be guaranteed
production, and a direct impact on production safety. Therefore, it is very important for the regular inspection and
maintenance of the equipment.
5.2 Safety Instruction 安全说明
1）设备检修前，负责人应详细检查并确认工艺处理合格，同时要严格执行安全技术规定，制定检修计划、施工方
案和安全防范措施等。
Before the maintenance of the equipment, the person in charge should check and confirm the process treatment
in detail. At the same time, we must strictly enforce the safety technical regulations, make the maintenance plan,

2）检修前，应严格检查所有和生产联通设备是否已经全部切断，悬挂“有人工作，严禁启动”的警告牌。

5.3 Routine Maintenance Instruction 日常检修指导
1）每班须对各润滑点加油。

3）斗链和料斗每周清理一次。

4）张紧装置、主动轮、被动轮每月清理一次。

5）经常检查各连接部件有无松动，设备运行时，若有不正常的响声和振动，需及时停机处理。

1）料斗螺栓、螺母的紧固情况，料斗有无脱落

 2）所有滚动轴承润滑油不足，应予补充，工作失效，应予更换。

3）更换减速机内润滑油。

4）轴的密封处应予调节或更换。
The sealing device of shaft should be adjusted or replaced.
5）紧固各部位零件。

5.5 Overhaul Instruction 大修指导
（1）拆除斗提机头轮罩。
Remove the head shell cap.
（2）拆除头轮轴两侧相邻的两个料斗，使用两个 5T 葫芦进行悬挂，打好对应位置的吊装孔，使用两个手拉葫芦将
整个链条打开，呈 U 字型悬挂，在悬挂时尽量使葫芦与链条平面对正、水平方向居中，以方便后续施工。Remove two
