We hereby appoint Salt Global Logistics Pty Ltd and/or sub-agents as appointed to act on our behalf
in all Australian Customs Service matters.

Appointment is to become effective on receipt of this letter and we agree to pay all amounts
incurred on our behalf for Freight, Port Charges, Customs Duty, AQIS charges and GST, together with
Clearance and Delivery expenses as per your confirming account.

We also authorize Salt Global Logistics Pty Ltd, to quote our ABN for clearance of all taxable imported
goods.

We understand that all business is conducted in accordance with Salt Global Logistics standard
trading terms and conditions.

We would ask all Airlines and Freight Operators to pass onto, without delay, all documentation
consigned to us which may come through their medium.
