ITT NO #1000036603 – EPC WORKS FOR MPT MODIFICATION FOR MANGALA

POLYMER PROJECT
With reference to the subject contract above, we, ....................'s Company pursuant on
the receipt of NTP for carrying out the works hereby undertake following to Cairn India
Ltd. ("CIL / Cairn") :
1. ..................………………………………. shall perform all its obligations contained
in the Contract.
2. If.................... …………….shall in any respect fail to perform its obligations
contained in the Contract or shall commit any breach thereof, we shall, indemnify
and keep indemnified Cairn against any loss, damages, claims, costs and
expenses howsoever arising from the said failure or breach for which
..................………………… may be liable there under.
3. We shall not be discharged or released from our undertakings hereunder by any
waiver or forbearance by Cairn whether as to payment, time, performance or
otherwise.
4. We shall not raise or submit any claim for the delays in issuing the NTP any
waive our rights in respect to same.
5. Our undertaking hereunder shall be unconditional and irrevocable and shall
continue in force notwithstanding any alterations or additions to or deletions from
the scope of the work to be performed under the Contract, and notwithstanding
any change in the company shareholding until all ………....................'s
obligations there under have been performed.
6. This document shall be construed and take effect in accordance with Indian Law.
