harmonized processes. For 6,000 SAP users in the Asia Pacific region, it introduce
one global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system known as “Cobalt” (CIN
version) as well as process changes.
Validation & maintenance of master data such as Customer, Material, Pricing etc.
in SAP Cobalt system.

Implementation of Udyog (ITAX Software):

Udyog Software, a pioneer in tax and business automation products, offers both
direct and indirect tax solutions. BASF implemented Udyog Software for
generating a ER-1 (Excise Return) report for manufacturing sites
monthly return filing via ACES portal.
• Responsible for Master data upload in Udyog Software (Customer, Vendor,
Material, Material Type).
• Responsible for data download (Sales, Stock Movement file) from SAP and
