Summary of the Project to show the different stages of the Project’s

implementation:
PRE PLANNING:
I started attending Girl Scout of the Philippines wayback 2015 and have
attended several CGSMS orientation since then but I was hesitant to join this
project because I personally lack confidence as I could say , I assume before that
joining the scheme is need of big financial but I’m wrong. My negative thinking
is always in a first place. I practice my self-stem on how to hold responsibility,
especially the responsibilities of a Chief Girl Scout. With the constant
encouragement of our troop leader Mrs. Chosel S. Paguican and also my troop
members with my friends so I decided to apply the CGSMS with the guidance
and help of my family as well. I the committed myself to the advocacy of the
GSP movement with the guidance and help of the Lord Almighty, I promise
myself to fulfill this mission not just for myself but also for the people who
guarantee needs my help.
PLANNING:
I conducted survey to the community which my project needed most and
identify which project to perform.
I asked permission to several people including: God (I ask sign), parents,
principal, Barangay Captain together with the Barangay officials and to the
persons involved also to my workgroup. We then take the information, data and
the community profile of the said barangay. Then I conduct meetings with my
workgroup and friends asking them to help me in this scheme and planning for
the ground improvement for my chosen project I made solicitation letters for
doors to guarantee financial support .
IMPLEMENTATION:
The workgroup scheduled every weekends for the labor
First and foremost , I pray to God ,asking him that he may blessed and guide me
in my project. A first there are things bothering on me , but I may not be
affected. First, after seeking permission to my parents, principal and Brgy.
Captain also to the persons involved. I conduct meeting with my Co- Girl Scout
explaining to them that we I have my CGSMS project. I also ask my friends to
help work with me in this scheme. We first cleared the area. We plant herbal
plants, Ornamental plants and spices. Then we collect empty 1.5 plastic bottles,
mismo bottles and big empty mineral water bottles. Then we constructed a plant
box. Purchased fertilizer and continuation of planting duration.
We use plastic bottles as a mini fence serve as to protect the plants. We
purchase materials to be used. Painting the walls with design. Constant watering
the plant until the work done . So we must maintain cleanliness wait for the
evaluation date. Because I know that God is with me that at the end of the day he
crown my effort with success. Actually it was hard for me to adjust because I am
a Senior High Student and there’s a lot of school projects and even household
chores hindered. I always budgeting my time, although sometimes I felt tired.
But because of the motivation of my family workgroup and friends, I was able
to attune the schedules. I found it hard because of Elño that my plants are going
to die. My work group volunteered to plant the spices while the community help
to watered the plants everyday and take care of the environment of my garden .
TURNING OVER OF THE COMMUNITY LEADERS:
During a turn-over ceremony, one of the BEC official stood as the
representative for THE Magpayang BEC Chapel of Magpayang,Mainit,
Surigao del Norte. The ceremony was witnessed by the members of the
community and the regional evaluators.

EVALUATION:
. Everyday I can’t sleep well due to the problems that I encountered .But I’m still
standing and be strong. We prepared for the long wait of the evaluation. I
studied and reviewed my papers so I may response to their interviews. The panel
of evaluators ask me some questions regarding to my project. And I answered it
emotionally , that time I share and narrate my displeasure within when I working
on my project .
PREPARATION OF REPORTS:
I have had a hard time preparing my reports because aside from my school
obligations, SSG obligations and household chore obligations that hindered my
biggest problem was that I do not have my own laptop so I had to go first to
internet café’s so I can attend to my paper works but sometimes I don’t have
money preparing my papers were delayed but through the eager and constant
support of my troop leader she lend me her laptop so I can bring it at home and
have my free time to make my reports. I always find ways on how to finished my
papers , sometimes I’m still working my papers in overnight because I want that
everything will be ok during my evaluation.
PERSONAL EXPERIENCE/S SIGNIFICANT CONTRIBUTION TO THE
COMMUNITY AND THE LESSONS LEARNED IN CARRYING THE
PROJECT:
Accepting the challenge was not an easy task I have to consider so many factors
like money, effort, time, persons involved and all other reasources. In order to
surpass this scheme, I realize that I should be bolder and smarter to think about
strategies and techniques to overcome the possible problems. I realized that
running our burdens in life will never resolve the problems we are caged within.
I became more aware of the reality happening currently. This project imparts me
to stand on my own and be a better version of myself. Though many obstacles
may hurdle us, we should not forget to laugh and smile. Most of all, this project
made me appreciate the blessings that God gave me. I learn how to share the
things that I have to others and become selfless. Now I know my communication
skills have been developed and so with my confidence in dealing with
cercumstances that come along the way of fulfilling this project.
