Disney+ adds up Fairy Tail wraps up series

Disney is a billion dollar corporation that owns theme parks, multiple studios that
make millions of dollars entertaining people, and now Disney+, a new streaming ser-
vice.
The latest enterprise makes Disney richer, but it’s much more than a cash grab.
Disney+ offers you the chance to watch your favorite Disney shows and movies
that you watched years ago as a kid which brings the nostalgic level to one thousand.
As a child, I loved the Disney Channel; I would watch it almost every day. But
when I grew older, I moved out of that faze and began to watch more mature TV
shows. Recently, when I got Disney+, I re-watched all of my favorite shows that I
loved as a kid.
Wizards of Waverly Place was a beloved show of mine. Seeing it again brought
me back to a time when life was simpler and more carefree. Disney+ reminded me of
when I believed I could do anything with my life and remain a kid even if I’m older.
Disney+ also offers almost everything done by PIXAR, even their very early shorts
and their newest shorts and movies. It also includes movies from the Marvel cinematic
universe, even the highest grossing movie in the world — Avengers: Endgame.
In 2020, Disney+ will put out their first Marvel original series The Falcon and the
Winter Soldier. Disney+ also has new shows and documentaries from National Geo-
graphic. One of my favorites is Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted which has the famous
chef travel the world and cook with interesting ingredients.
Disney+ also features every Star Wars movie and TV show and has one original
series, The Mandalorian, created by Jon Favreau. It’s one of my favorites. The series
features Pedro Pascal as a lone Mandalorian trying to keep a baby from the Yoda spe-
cies safe from the re-growing Empire. If you like the idea of a space cowboy show set
in the Star Wars universe, you will love this Disney+ original.
If you want to re-live your childhood or just love watching Disney shows and mov-
ies, you will love the new Disney+.
with bittersweet goodbye

After bringing joy to millions of fans for over a decade, Fairy Tail’s captivating
story has finally come to an end.
For those of you who have absolutely no clue what Fairy Tail is, let me tell you.
Fairy Tail is an anime based on the manga by Hiro Mashima that follows the or-
deals of a young celestial wizard named Lucy Heartfelia as she hopes to be part of a
famous guild known as Fairy Tail. Luckily for her, she manages to bump into Natsu
Dragneel, a Fairy Tail wizard known as ‘Salamander,’ who specializes in Dragon
Slayer magic. From there she joins the guild, not knowing that she would be embark-
ing on one life-changing adventure.
According to Funimation, a company that is popular for dubbing anime series in
English, the Anime first aired in 2009 and finished with a whopping 328 episodes, all
contained within nine seasons, as well as produced two movies: Fairy Tail: Dragon
Cry and Fairy Tail the Movie: Phoenix Priestess.
The series’ last season aired on Oct. 7, 2018 with the episode “The Lamia Scale
Thanksgiving Festival” and ran for a total of 51 episodes before finalizing on Sept.29,
2019 with “Dearest Friends.”
In the last season, we see how Fairy Tail is confronted with their newest ordeal.
They must defeat the immortal Black Wizard Zeref before he can take the power of
the Fairy Heart and use it to return to a time where his family was still alive.
The season contains multiple fight scenes that for the most part are spectacular,
although there are a few moments where the animation lacks quality. The plot twists
also make it very interesting to watch. There is a reveal of Erza’s mother, the Dragon
Slayer’s origins, Acnologia’s past, and the very complicated relationship between
Mavis and Zeref.
The season feels a bit fast paced and some of the characters are harder to connect
to because of that, however, the fight scenes, awesome openings and endings, and the
survival of Fairy Tail’s master, Makarov, makes up for it. I especially loved the way
that they managed to bring everything back to Lucy, from the novel she was writing
based on all of their adventures together to her sweet gratitude towards Natsu for
bringing her to Fairy Tail in the first place. I found it to be an endearing moment.
It was a wonderful ending to an amazing series and although I’m disappointed that
it ended for good, I’m very satisfied with the plot and the animation. It has been one of
my favorite anime series to watch, and I recommend you watch it if you enjoy anime
with shounen, adventure, fantasy, and romance elements.
I give it a 4 out of 5 stars.

Demon Slayer series takes anime community by storm

This year’s new, up-and-coming anime/manga series Kimetsu no Yaiba aka Demon
Slayer has taken anime fans by storm, gaining popularity with its newly adapted anime
series that aired April 9, 2019 on television and just ended its first season.
Demon Slayer was created by Koyoharu Gotōge and began as a manga series in Week-
ly Shōnen Jump in February 2016. The main protagonists are siblings Tanjiro and Nezuko
Kamado who fight side by side in the Demon Slaying Corps to find and defeat the main
antagonist Muzan Kibutsuji who is involved with their family’s death.
The story has evolved with its manga showing how well rounded the series’ characters
are and how it all connects in such a unique way. There have been similar stories with
man-eating monsters, but Demon Slayer puts its own twists and turns on it, taking place
in a world of traditional Japanese culture combined with a great industrial revolution
era. The series features pleasing animation visuals and battle scenes that make you feel
pumped up. Demon Slayer’s comic book, manga in Japanese terms, has great artwork,
showing great detail in battles and scenery. It certainly has come a long way from its
humble beginnings by setting a record outselling the classic One Piece series by 200,000
more copies sold, according to comicbook.com.
Demon Slayer’s success even got the show to have its dubbed version aired on Oct. 10
on Cartoon Network’s late broadcast network for anime, Toonami.
That’s not all though. On top of that, the series will also be having its own movie The
Infinity Train Arc, which is in the manga part of the series, with an expected release in
2020. The movie will be accompanied by a live stage play set to run from Jan.18 to Jan.
26 in Tokyo.
This Demon Slayer series is truly a great one and well deservedly has millions of fans
behind it. I rate the series a 5 out of 5 stars! Want to watch and see for yourself? The
