Report on Tokyo Super Batching Plant visit at Bathalayaya.

With reference to the instructions given during the progress meeting of Nila Piayasa Project held
on 08.10.2019 at Monaragala, Tokyo Super Batching Plant visit was done and observations and
information collected are listed as below.

Observations and Data Collected:

Date: 09.10.2019 1. C35A concrete has been supplied to NWS&DB water project in
Mahiyanagana by the plant and supplied quantity was around
Location: 1000m3.

2. An order has been placed to provide C35A concrete to
Angunarama Rd,
Girandurukotte Water treatment plant recently. Mix design has

Mahiyanganaya. been completed and a copy is attached herewith for information.

6. 2 days advance order is expected by the plant to be ready with
