Scope of Work:

a) We are responsible for the supply and installation of equipment mentioned above and

b) CUSTOMER is responsible for:-

1) Construction of Rain & Weather proof shed.

2) Internal requirements in the Shed such as Water inlet and outlet points, 32 amps Electrical points-
switches, sockets and other electrical equipment’ suggested by us.

Taxes: GST @ 18% as applicable.

Terms of Payment: Post Complete Installation through CDA.

Delivery: 8-10 weeks from the date of Purchase Order.

Warranty: 1 year from the date of Delivery.

Validity of Offer: 120 days from the date of this quotation

Payment Details: Cheques/ Payment/ Purchase Order should be in the name of Sea2Land Marine Stores.

Payable at Mumbai.
