Organization & Transformation Manager

In this context, Organization & Transformation mission is to operationalize the strategy by implementing the best
suitable organization and processes through thoughtful projects and change management.

This position will report to the Organization & Transformation Manager of Global Engineering Centers, Altran.

Missions

The mission consists in:

 Playing a key role in the Strategic Execution Plan program management and Aricent integration, with a
focus on projects in India
 Taking the lead on the Transformation plan for India working with senior leadership
 Managing the deployment of organizational models, processes, tools and analytics in India aligned to
altran group guidelines
 Working on all phases of the organization and transformation projects (scoping, design,
deployment, post roll out) and ensuring successful change management.
 Contributing to organization related activities, data analysis and continuous improvement plans.

His/Her main activities are:
 Drive and monitor the organization and transformation projects, in close collaboration with different
sponsors and stakeholders.
 Define with top and local management the roadmap and priorities, including operating models
transformation, post-merger integration and restructuring plans.
 Create intimacy and build confident relationships with people involved in the projects.
 Challenge the stakeholders involved in the projects and proactively propose and facilitate solutions.
 Synchronize inter-streams topics and make sure topics are addressed with the relevant stakeholders.
 Monitor and manage risks and issues and regularly update financials and business case of the projects.
 Ensure streamlined end-to-end processes implementation and promote best practices, in coordination
with the operating and support function heads and business process owners.
 Support the business to improve and monitor operational performance, including restructuring activities.
 Define the change management plan and ensure its concrete implementation on the field.
 Build a series of methods and tools that will serve the projects (sizing, gap analysis, assessment, data
analysis, change management tools…).
 Provide support to business units during the roll out phase both on site in the countries and remotely.
 Determine and analyze key factors of success and improvement areas on the models and roll out
approach.
 Collect and share best practices and lessons learnt to improve overall methodology.

Profile

The profile is a Manager (6 to 10 years of experience) of complex program management and capable to
manage organization and transformation projects in an international environment, with a first-class
understanding of enterprise organizations.

Skills & Strengths:


 Proven track record in organization and transformation projects, able to handle different projects at the
same time, interacting with teams across various functions.
 Strong team spirit and ability to interact with large and multi-cultural teams (Europe, India, Americas).
 Pragmatic and organizational skills with a deep sense of diplomacy.
 Leadership and capacity to interact with C-suite executives (CEO, CFO, CPO).
 Highly rigorous and used to working in demanding environment.
 Strong program and project management skills including a sense of anticipation and deep knowledge of
project management technics (PMP certification is a plus).
 Ability to build, present and maintain complex data through excellent analytical & synthetic abilities. Able
to crunch a large amount of information from multiple sources and deliver relevant synthetic notes.
 Hard working, driven by result in an autonomous manner.
 Passionate and willing to learn every day, face new challenges and drive things through.
 Very good written and oral communication skills.
 Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
 MBA from Tier ½ colleges with internal/external consulting experience
