This letter of recommendation is for Miss Kristin Felsch. I met Miss Felsch in the summer of 2018 at our Washington County Fair when I assumed the role as the Hillsboro FFA Advisor. I was immediately impressed by her responsible yet enthusiastic demeanor. I quickly learned that Felsch wears many hats--serving as an active member of FFA and 4-H, being a Metro 4-H Ambassador, President of the Hillsboro FFA, a fair livestock superintendent and showing animals of various species (and this was just at Fair). Throughout I learned more about Felsch’s passion for leadership and she continued to maintain her busy schedule with the confidence and poise of a committed leader.
Over the past year and a half Felsch’s energy, eagerness to excel and selflessness has never faltered. Felsch proves her loyalty and dedication to all that she does. When I first met Miss Felsch, she was serving as the President of our FFA chapter. In that role, I watched her take on many responsibilities and push herself to grow more as a leader and test her limits. This year, though she has shifted into our Vice President role, she has gained a job, been elected as our FFA District Secretary, and continues to tackle her multiple AP courses with success. She continually impresses me with her open-mindedness, diligence and overall level of maturity.
Miss Felsch has a natural ability to work with people while achieving her goals. She has a natural charisma that makes her a great leader to have when work needs to be done, and done right. Her loyalty, hard work and effort will get her far in life. I would highly recommend that Kristin Felsch be considered for any program she is applying for.
