The strengths that I was able to identify was that my classmate Jorge had some experience

because he is the “professor” in charge of that class so he knew the students who were better at
English and those who weren’t . He also had a lot of experience when it comes to manage the class
and make the students get interested in the content and the activities.

Another strength that I can identify in our teamwork is that as we read in the text Death of a
Dogma, we didn’t use an English only policy because we knew that our students wouldn’t
understand if we talked in English the whole class, so we used our MT in our favor to help the
students understand the activities in a better way.

Weakness: Our weakness was that we didn’t know exactly how to organize the time and
sometimes we thought it was going to be too much time to make just one activity, so we had to
improvise and change the time that we had assigned to another activity

The video was very helpful because when I was in front of the class I felt like I was too nervous and
that it had affected my performance as teacher but then when I saw the video I realized that it was
a very good class, we had a great time with the students and we helped each other out when one
of us didn’t know what was next or when we didn’t remember how the activity was going to be
presented, etc.

The feedback of the students was also helpful because we made exit tickets where they had to
write what their thoughts about the class and the result was successful, the majority of the
students wrote that we made a very good team and that the activities were entertaining and
informative. There were also students who wrote other things like for example that we looked
tired but nothing related to the content or the performance as teachers
