This is to inform you that KMC authority vide order dated 8.4.2016 has been pleased to extend your
service for execution of following works as a N.G.O. :
i) Survey as well as preparation of lease deed of 220 nos. beneficiaries at Gardenreach
(ward no.138)
ii) Preparation of lease deed of 10 nos. beneficiaries at Nonadanga (ward no.107)
iii) preparation of lease deed of 14 nos. beneficiaries at Sampa Mirza Nagar Housing under
Maheshtala Municipality
iv) preparation of lease deed of 30 nos. beneficiaries at Banerjeepara (ward no.127)
v) Others related works for any other similar projects under CMA & TP department within
KMC area.
This work order is issued to you as extension for another three months for the above works with
previous terms & condition made by Bustee department.
