 To initiate forecasting of colors / fabrics / new trends / designs & PD for


the new season. This is widely based on inputs from customers &
various sources like WGSN, international Bloggers, Pinterest, Tumbler,
Catwalks of the season, market intelligence, etc. Collaborate all above
info into capsules & come up with the mood board for the season.

 To zero in on the theme of the range & briefly discuss with the team,
set a deadline & monitor timely execution of the same.

 To work in collaboration with international designers / Buyers on co-


creation & prepare seasonal trend based collections for garment
Exports & fabrics division of the company.

 To present these customized collections /developments to buyers each


season either on their visit to India or present these collections to their
head office & provide costing of the garments.

 Ability to think innovatively and grasp key concepts quickly, possess an


eye for details with a flexible and easily approachable attitude,
effective communicator with an ability to deal effectively with various
departments.

 My Strength is into washing techniques; I frequently meet/discuss


debate & experiment with Laundry technicians for desired results.
Thorough with fabrication, market research, Range planning, apparel
designing & product development. Traveling to all Sourcing hubs to
develop a huge collection of new fabrics library each season.

1: “Arvind Ltd. - GED – (Garment export Division – Bangalore)” as


Sr.Manager -“Heading Design for Europe division”, from, June 2018 to date.
I am working on Dual roles – Giving my inputs to the mill for innovating new
fabrics for new season @ Ahmadabad, as well as looking after the garment
designing in export division @ Bangalore. Buyers working with ZARA MAN,
Scotch & Soda, Levis – overseas & domestic, NEXT, GANT, J-Crew, Jack &
Jones, H&M, C&A, Mango, Pull& Bear, Gap, Old navy, etc.

2: “Bombay rayon fashions Ltd.” as “Head – Design & PD - Menswear”,


from, March 2016 – May 2018. Buyers working with H&M, A&F, Hollister,
Vans, Gap, Old navy, Super dry, Mango, ZARA MAN, ZARA BOYS, Pull& Bear,
