1. Reference : Blotter Entry no.366 Page no.663 Dated January 2, 2020

2. at about 8:00 AM, January 1 there was an Alleged Hostage taking Transpired at
Pinagbuhatan Pasig City wherein the suspect Boss J, Mapagmahal, 37 years old, with
live-in partner, coco farmer and a resident of Nagpayong Dilang 1 Alexist ST., Pasig,
detained the victims (his live-in partner, Mapusok A Sayo, 28 years old; his 3 minor
sons, his minor daughter and his mother, Dulas J, Mapagmahal (Mother), 50 years
old, widow, all residents of Nagpayong Dilang 1 Alexist ST., Pasig,. Thereafter, the
suspect attempted to stab his mother who was able to evade, manage to escape and
reported the incident to Punong Barangay William Limo. At about 12:30 PM of same
date the said suspect was arrested after the successful negotiation.
3. Recovered from his possession was a knife measuring more or less fourteen (14)
inches long. Arrested suspect was apprised of his constitutional rights and same was
brought to Pasig City General Hospital, for physical and medical check-up since the
suspect is a mentally ill person while the rescued minors were presently under the
custody of Pasig City Police Headquarters for Proper disposition.
