AFFIDAVIT OF DENIAL

I, EDUARDO GATCHALIAN OROZCO, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident

of No. 079 B. Silang St., Camalig, Meycauayan City, Bulacan after being duly sworn to
in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that :

1. That I was born on 14 June 1963 at Camalig, Meycauayan City, Bulacan;

2. That on 16 September 2019, I applied for a Clearance from the National

Bureau of Investigation, Marilao Branch;

3. That on the time I supposed to claim the said clearance I received

information from the National Bureau of Investigation, Marilao that my namesake, a
certain EDUARDO OROZCO, has a pending criminal case for Estafa at RTC Malolos,
Bulacan as Criminal Case No 2323-M-2001;

4. That I hereby unequivocally deny involvement in the aforementioned

case;

5. That I also declare under oath that I am not in any way involved in any
case proceeding as either plaintiff/complainant or defendant/accused in the
Philippines and abroad, specifically with regard to the aforementioned case;

6. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the foregoing facts and to

dent absolutely and entirely any involvement in the case/s aforementioned and for all
legal intents and purposes.
