Greetings!

Our church will be organizing a Sports Fest and Sports clinic before year 2019 ends. This event
will involve most of the residents here according to their Interest. Event will include any type of
sports and different games and one of these is basketball.

This Sports Fest can yield incredible results in our community. It creates unity where everyone is
focused on a common goal. Our target is to reach 14 million elementary kids ages 4-14 in the
Philippines. Our aim is to disciple kids to disciple other kids. Helping them get closer and have a
good relationship with God. We also want to strengthen their leadership skills to empower these
young leaders to become champions for Christ.

In this regard, we would like to ask permission to your good office to please help us to obtain this
goal and achieve good results by allowing us to use the Area B. Covered Court during this event
on Saturday, June 15, 2019 from 06:00 pm to 8:00 pm. If ever these time slots are already
