ACTIVITY PROPOSAL

Title : SBO Logo Competition 2017

Proponent : Student Body Organization (SBO) Officers
Scope : Grade 7-12 students
Theme : “Student Body Organization”
Venue : San Antonio School
Date : July 3-7, 2017

I-Rationale

In the line with one of the objectives prescribed in the Student Body
Organization (SBO) is to establish effective student leadership in our school. The said
organization has empowered and encouraged students to get involved with academic,
extra-curricular and co-curricular activities in developing the 21st Century Skills. In
other words, it is an avenue and opportunity of the students to showcase their skills
through Logo Design Competition 2017 and it is hereby proposed.

II-Objectives

This activity aims the following to:

1. Encourage Grade 7-12 students to participate and to showcase their skills in

Logo design/s.
2. Develop 21st Century skills of students;
3. Establish the said organization its own logo for official transactions,
correspondences and activities in school.

III-Descriptions of the Activity

1. This activity will be participated by the bona fide Grade 7-12 students of San
Antonio School;
2. This activity will be conducted as one of the approved calendar year of activities
of Student Body Organization (SBO) for S.Y 2016-2017;
3. This activity will be given Certificate of Participation and Certificate of
Recognition to the participants and the winner respectively;
4. Present a chosen and final SBO Logo design to be used in the organization for
official transactions, correspondences and activities;
5. The activity will be judged by 3 faculty, Principal, Prefect of Discipline, SBO
Coordinator/Adviser and SBO President on the scheduled date of judging
panel;
6. The SBO Logo of each entry will be in electronic design;
7. The participated students will submit designs starting on July 3 to July 7, 2017
with a written explanation at the back of the design in a short bondpaper that
explains each of symbols/signs used;
8. The decision of the Board of Judges is final and irrevocable.

IV-Expected Output

The Student Body Organization (SBO) will have finally its logo as an identity for
official transactions, correspondences and activities in school.

SBO LOGO DESIGN COMPETITION 2017

Mechanics and Guidelines

1. This activity will be participated by the bona fide Grade 7-12 students of San
Antonio School;
2. This activity will be given Certificate of Participation and Certificate of
Recognition to the participants and the winners respectively;

6. The participated students will submit designs starting on or before July 3 until
