TITLE: - Permit to Work Procedure

OBJECTIVE: - To Create a process to manage hazardous work safely.


To Create a process that integrates risk assessments, hazardous
energy isolations (lockout/tagout), and permit coordination.
To Ensure work is scoped and risk is analyzed.
To Gain real-time visibility to coordinate activity.
To Obtain data to optimize processes and conduct investigative work.

SCOPE Applicable to all critical activities associated with CGD Projects at IRM
Energy Private Limited, its contractor & sub-contractors.

place, where the work will be performed
and check all the control measures (Safety
measures) are in place before signing on
the work permit.

1. Permit to work must be issued for all critical activities associated with CGD Projects
2. Permit to work will be valid for duration of single shift only.

3. The master copy (white copy) of the work permit must be documented and maintained by the
requester/concern dept. Second copy (Pink copy) must be submitted to the HSE department and
the third copy (Yellow copy) must be available at the site.
