The CAGAYAN DE ORO KPOP FANCLUB UNION is an alliance

of local K-Pop fanbases which aims to unite fans of various
K-Pop fandoms into one unified organization. Currently,
there are seventeen (17) recognized K-Pop fanclubs in the
city that are actively holding various fan projects and
activities both local and national in scope. The alliance also
takes part in the biggest K-Pop events that are being held
in Cagayan de Oro these past years.

As we open the year 2020, the CDO K-Pop Fanclub Union

will be holding our biggest and grandest event yet, KPOP
FANFARE 2: K-Expo on February 2, 2020 at the Ayala Centrio
Mall Activity Center. The event will showcase KPop fanclub
booths and activities, fun games, dance recital, fanchant
battles, and dance cover competitions. Since Cagayan de
Oro has a massive number of active K-Pop fans, we will be
anticipating a huge audience in what we expect to be
one of the biggest K-Pop events in Mindanao this 2020.

With this, we would like to humbly ask and knock on your generous heart to support us in our
humble endeavor. It will be an honor to have you and your company/establishment as event
partner/sponsor/patron/donor of CDO KPOP FANFARE 2. It will also be a great venue for you
to advertise and market your business/company to the audience, mall-goers and general

EVENT PARTNER
An amount of Ten Thousand Pesos (Php 10,000.00) worth of cash and/or in-kind donation
Mileages:
1. Name and/or logo will be included as Major Sponsor in all promotional materials
including posters, tarpaulins, stage backdrop, and social network postings.
2. Full slide promotion of name/logo in the Acknowledgment Video which will be viewed
before, in the middle and towards the end of the event.
3. Company tarpaulin/poster will be displayed within the confines of the event venue.
4. Company Video (if there is any) will be shown during the pre-show event.
5. Event Partner is automatically entitled to five (5) reserved seats during the event.

MAJOR SPONSOR
An amount of Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00) worth of cash and/or in-kind donation
Mileages:
1. Name and/or logo will be included as Minor Sponsor in all promotional materials
including posters, tarpaulins, stage backdrop, and social network postings.
2. Full slide promotion of name/logo in the Acknowledgment Video which will be viewed
before, in the middle and towards the end of the event.
3. Company tarpaulin/poster will be displayed within the confines of the event venue.
4. Major Sponsor is automatically entitled to three (3) reserved seats during the show.

MINOR SPONSOR
An amount of Three Thousand Pesos (Php 3,000.00) worth of cash and/or in-kind donation
Mileages:
1. Company logo will be included as Patron in all promotional materials including posters,
tarpaulins, stage backdrop, official acknowledgement video and social network
postings; or half slide promotion of individual name in the Acknowledgment Video which
will be viewed before, in the middle and towards the end of the event.
2. Company tarpaulin/poster will be displayed within the confines of the event venue.
3. Minor Sponsor is automatically entitled to two (2) reserved seats during the show.

PATRON
An amount of One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00) worth of cash and/or in-kind donation
Mileages:
1. Quarter slide promotion of individual name/company logo in the Acknowledgment
Video which will be viewed before, in the middle and towards the end of the event.
2. Patron is automatically entitled to one (1) reserved seat during the show.

DONOR
An amount of Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00) worth of cash and/or in-kind donation
Mileages:
1. 1/8 slide promotion of individual name/company logo in the Acknowledgment Video
which will be viewed before, in the middle and towards the end of the event.
2. Donor is automatically entitled to one (1) reserved seat during the show.
