UNIT SPECIFIC NOTES 15. Shutdown cause shall act with a 2003 voting system.
1. All instrument tag nos prefixxed'223-'except where noted. 16. Shutdown causes shall be bypassed until burner light on; the bypass shall be removed as soon as the indication "BURNER ON" is active and burner flame proving timer is expired.
2. Ignition system for incinerator ME-223-001 updated based on vendor information. 17. Shutdown cause shall act with a 2002 voting system.
3. Two S's (i.e standby) are required to activate function. 18. Tag number suffixed with "B" symbol will be located on NCCR-SDC and tag number suffixed with "C" shall be located on S-SIH.
4. One flame failure will alarm only, 2-out-of-2 will shutdown Incinerator package ME-223-001. 19. Trip at 105 deg C, Pre-alarm at 95 deg C.
5. Actuator Type C 20. Vibration monitoring: Measuring range 0-25.4 mm/sec (RMS); Alarm at 8.8 mm/s (RMS) for more than 10 seconds; Trip at 11 mm/s (RMS) for more than 1 seconds.
6. Actuator Type B 21. Trip at 121 deg C, Pre-alarm at 110 deg C.
7. Deleted 22. Each overspeed channel failure activates a common alarm at DCS if any of the following conditions occures:
8. Selection of 1-pump as Standby or Duty automatically deselects the other pump. -MPU Failure while running;
9. Delay of 20 to 30 minutes (adjustable) after incinerator shutdown. -Speed not detected within start override timer. 03
03
10. Cause & Relevant Effects Updated based on incinerator Package vendor information. - Power supply failure; -Watch dog failure; -High high speed detected.
11. Pilot interlocks shall activate an Incinerator shutdown when the pilot is on and the burner is off ("Pilot ON" Indication active and "Burner ON" Indication not active). They shall be bypassed otherwise. 23. The Overspeed trip signal is a 2003 voting of single channel failure.
12. Shutdown cause automatically bypassed as long as the upstream on-off valve are closed; the bypass shall be removed 20 second (to be confirmed during commissioning and start-up activities) after the opening of relevant valves. 24. The Governor common alarm signal is actuated by any of the following conditions: Any input or output signal fault; Power supply failure; High High speed detected.
13. Bleed valve will be opened 5 seconds after the closure of the two block valves. 25. The Governor trip signal is actuated by any of the following conditions: Both governor MPU failure; Power supply failure; Watch dog failure; High High speed detected.
14. Logic bypassed until pilot light-on; the bypass shall be removed as soon as the indication" PILOT ON" is active and pilot flame proving timer is expired. 26. Every trip implies an alarm at DCS.
27. Trip at 100 deg C, Pre-alarm at 90 deg C.
28. For safety interlocks of the motor pls.refer to the IOM manual of the motor supplier. Local authority rules and local safety requirements for mechanical and electrical equipment shall be complied with when main motor is switched off.
29. Hydrogen Valve XV-0001 to close after time delay of 1-2 min after the Interlock activation.
