The JT designed NSM­450 Wave Soldering System, is the result of many 
years of product and process improvements, that have resulted in the 
ultimate lead free wave soldering system. The NSM­450 is the third 
generation of lead free wave solder machine that incorporates the 
outstanding features of the WS & SM series.

• Newly designed for easy access to all internal components. 
• Newly developed Electromagnetic Pump System or Standard Motor Driven 
Pumps. 
• Utilizes Windows XP Operating System for optimizing process control and

• Three zones of preheat with independent control of the temperature and 
airflow. 
• Advanced MHD technology, even & consistent wave surface; no
