Wilson Transformer Company recertified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and

AS/NZS 4801:2001 standards

Melbourne, Australia – 04 May, 2016. Wilson Transformer Company is pleased to announce that we have recently
been recertified as compliant to:

ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and AS/NZS 4801:2001

ISO 9001:2015 – a revised version of ISO 9001:2008 that sets out the requirements of a Quality Management System.
It addresses various aspects of quality management, such as customer satisfaction, risk management, leadership,
operational effectiveness and continual improvement.
ISO 14001:2015 – a revised version of ISO 14001:2004 that sets out the requirements of an Environmental
Management System. It requires that an organisation manages all its environmental issues, including all kinds of
waste, pollution, contamination, in a holistic way.
AS/NZS 4801:2001 – a standard that sets out the requirements of an Occupational Health & Safety Management
System. It assists an organisation in creating a safe workplace and improving its OHS performance.

Organisations were granted a three-year transition period after the revision had been published in September 2015
to recertify to the revised versions of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. We are very proud that we were able to
demonstrate the compliance with the latest standards in this early stage of the transition.
The scope of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and AS/NZS 4801:2001 certification includes the sales, design,
procurement, manufacture, factory acceptance testing, delivery, site assembly and life management services of
power transformers, distribution transformers, compact MV substations, special transformers and special
applications.

The certification is valid until 2019.
