Brand
Responsibilities:
- Provide updated images and brand guidelines.
- Provide product and website calendar.

Uploading of Products
- Timeline and process Cloud
- Responsibilities of each person/team - Other companies trigger when uploads are
- Making the website an online catalogue already delayed.
- Clearing and updating of products displayed - Expect smoother process due to new
- Tags warehouse management system.
- Photos used - Hired new manpower.
- Product descriptions - Need 7 days lead time if photoshoot is needed
for a certain product.

Resposibilities:
- Provide rules and template for assignment of
tags for each SKU.
- Provide top keywords used in website search
bar.
- Ensure that products with photos from the
principal are uploaded a day after the delivery,
and products without assets are uploaded
within 7 days after delivery. Cloud Logic should
immediately notify the brand all the SKUs that
don’t have US assets (from website and
product image resource files from marketing).
Merchandising will only release sample pairs
for photoshoot once requested by cloud logic.
- Remove all sold out items that are outside the
key product list. List will be sent by marketing
on September 29.
- Edit “Notify Me” text box to be bigger and
placed above the small “Out of Stock” label.
(Deadline September 21)
- Double check website contents.

Brand
- C/o merchandisin: Provide PUS good for 1
season (6 months) worth of delivery, complete
with correct descriptions. (add stock number on
PUS)

Responsibilities:
- From the PUS, marketing to provide:
a. Tagging per product (subcategories) and
other keywords.
b. List of key products (Product list will be
provided that will serve as part of the online
catalogue – all products in this list will have
the “out of stock” label both on the
thumbnail and the product page.)
c. Photos (Marketing to provide product
image files to Cloud Logic ahead of time. If
products aren’t in the files sent, Cloud
Logic to either check US website or
request from merchandising sample pairs
for photoshoot ahead of time.)

Phase 1: Clean up
September 29 latest – Marketing to provide
product images for exisiting stocks,
appropriate tags for all products and list of
key products for catalogue purposes.

October 4 – All “Out of Stock” outside


product list to be removed from the
website. List of stocks for release until
December without photos to be sent to the
team tos schedule photoshoot ahead of
time.

October 6 – Apply tagging request of


marketing.

Phase 2: Maintainance (Moving forward)

Merchandising to send PUS to both Cloud


Logic and marketing.

Marketing to be given 2 weeks to provide


all files. (photos, tags and key products list)

Cloud Logic to be given 1 week to give


feedback.

- Send monthly FINAL schedule of product


availability in website. (For any changes in the
calendar and for updates on specific dates of
product launches.)
- Addtional reviews for the website’s mobile
version to be sent via email.
Sales Updates
- SOP for submitting of sales reports Cloud
- Giving of analysis/recommendations to brand - Already provided brand access to Google
Analytics.
- Started sending monthly sales report to brand’s
Gmail account. (as per Jeff G.)

Resposibilities:
- Send monthly sales report, complete with
analysis and recommendations for brand.
- Send daily sales report for special collections.

Brand
- Provide template for report including sales.
Uploading of Visuals
- Timeline and process Cloud
- Proper implementation Responsibilities:
- Scheduling - Send checklist to brand.
- Official specs of assets needed - Send complete list of specs for every material.
- Double checking (process of updating brand) - Redesign store directory page.
- Updating of other information - Add missing links on mobile version.
- Update “Find Your Champion” selection.
- Send any changes to brand before uploading.
- Add label/header on pages of smaller
collections.

Brand
Responsibilities:
- Provide image library from principal to Cloud.
- Send CH SKUs to be included in “Find Your
Champion” display. (by September 29)
- Send layered version of all files for upload.
(PSD with JPG). Only use psd if there are size
problems but cloud needs to have brand
approve first before going live.
- Finalize additional changes. (addtion/editing of

- Quality control - Metro Manila orders are usually handled by
- Packaging of the shipments Cloud Logic riders and couriers.
- Accountability - Latest delivery time: 7 days for Metro Manila
- Fees and 15 days for Provincial. (only for holiday to
start November 15 to end of December)

Responsibilities:
- Send sample of double box and other options
for improvement of shipping of products.
- Improve delivery system especially now that
the Christmas season is coming up.
- Sample customer service replies

Brand
- Implement damage control program to
unsatisfied customers.

Customer Service
- Timeline and process Cloud
- Schedule of customer service representatives - Work hours: 10AM-7PM (M-F)
- Accountability - Might impose Saturday for special releases
- Quality Control and during peak seasons.

- Provide quality control methods to brand.

Brand
- Need access to Cloud’s ticketing system for
quality control purposes.
- Suggestion to be discussed on Monday:
automated email reply for all inquiries or post
office hours on website.

Responsibility:
- Provide copy for automated email.
Newsletter
- Timeline and process of sending newsletters Cloud:
- Database - There should be ample lead time for every
- Subscription page newsletter.

Responsibilities:
- Improve newsletter subscription page.
- Follow SOP for every newsletter to be sent.
- Orient brand on how to use Mailchimp.

Brand
- Provided calendar for newsletter and all other
website concerns.
- Provide image of confirmation email for new
subscribers.

Responsibilities:
- Send assets on time.
- Finalized newsletter subscription page/pop-up.
Promo
- Bundling promos Cloud
- Provide code for sock and shoe care bundling
promo. (Mix and match with discount upon
check-out)
- Suggested for Keds to partner with candy
companies for Halloween.
- Can make special paper options upon check-
out.
