 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Installation :

The installation of the equipment will be made by our Engineers at client's premises without any charge within the cities of Dhaka,
Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna and Borga. It delivery is required outside these cities additional charges will be made depending on distance
and time consumed. However, prior to installation, necessary site preparation and electrical wiring with proper voltage sttabilization
should be undertaken by the client and the room should be dust free and preferably be air-conditioned.

Service Warranty :

Service warranty to be effective from the date of delivery.

Product's Warranty :

As above mentioned for each product.

General :

The warranty is void if it is found that machine is damaged due to electrical surge/spike or it has been subject to misuse, damage or
unauthorized handling or appropriate toner, ink cartridge, ribbon print head has not been used or it was repaired/attempted to be
repaired by unauthorized person.

Flora Limited will do it's best to repair/replace the faulty parts for PC's/Printers etc. as covered by the warranty from ready stock or as
soon as the faulty parts are delivered by it's Principal. Flora Limited will not be liable for delay due to scarcity of certain components or
due to a discountinued components or delivery delayed by the Principal or time delayed due to customs clearance.

The fulfillment of the warranty obligation shall be postponed at any time within duration of the warranty period if Flora Limited is
commotion, act of public enmity, military operation of any kind, explosion epidemic, which is beyond the control of Flora Limited. The
customers are requested to sign annual maintenance contract after the expiry of the warranty period.

Spares & Consumable :

Spares & Consumable are available with us against payment.

* Machine(s) once sold will not be taken back

Income Tax & VAT :

As per Law, If you need to deduct Tax and Vat, please deposit the amount with Bangladesh Bank/Sonali Bank within 7days of
deduction and send us the original/copy of treasury challan along with certificate within 15 days of deposit.
