Working at Holy Cross of Malita has brought me a lot of learning that I can surely

use in order to improve my own well-being. With that reason, I am very much thankful to
the entire family of the HCM for shaping me as a teacher and as an individual. I am
grateful for the opportunities that was given to me to teach and touch the lives of so many
students. Also, with HCM I was able to grow and became more responsible. I have earned
so many essential virtues while working in HCM. I have honed my skills not just my skills
in teaching but also I have gained life skills through my experiences. Most importantly, I
have found a family inside the Holy Cross of Malita.

Moreover, being thankful for the kindness that the administration of HCM has
shown is not enough to return the big favor it has given me. My heart was moved during
the times that I was in big need and HCM has extended its helpful hands especially
financially and morally. I am truly thankful for the help of the administration when my
mother died. However, it is because of that reason that I shall work nearer in our home.
Hence, I write this letter to officially inform the good administration of Holy Cross of Malita
that I will be resigning from my work as a teacher in this institution. Since there is an
utmost need for me to work where I can monitor and guide my brother because my father
is unable to do that, I am planning to apply in the Department of Education particularly at
Ihan National High School. I have to sustain and take good care of my family because I
am the eldest and the breadwinner at home.

I am sincerely giving my salute and gratitude for the opportunities that I enjoyed
while working in your institution. But, life has really surprised me with an unexpected
occurrence that urges me to decide to resign from my work here. I am very hopeful that
your kind-heartedness will consider this letter of resignation.
