Sub: - Registration for the Winter Semester 2019-2020 for all B.Tech., B.Arch., M.Tech., M.Plan,
MCA, M.Sc., MBA and Ph.D. Programmes
The schedule of registration for the Winter Semester 2019-2020 and fee details are as follows:
Registration Portal Details of link for fee payment and online registration will be informed in due

(for those students who fail to complete On-line Registration)
Fees All students are advised to make the remittance strictly as per the table given
below. Refund is not permitted.
Mode of payment of fee
All students (except DASA, DASA-CIWG, State Bank Collect Only (online). Use Net Banking / Credit Cards.

Registration of those who do not complete the formalities on January 2, 2020 will stand administratively cancelled. He / She will be allowed
to re-register only with the approval of the Senate. The students should meet their Faculty Advisor on December 26, 2019, along with the
hardcopy of their registration form. He/ She should upload the semester registration form and fee paid receipt (Transaction slip) at the time of
the online registration. Part Time Ph.D. candidates can register off-line on any working day on or before December 17, 2019.
All students are requested to complete the online registration process at the earliest without waiting for the registration date.

* Tuition Fee Waiver for II, IV, VI & VIII Sem B.Tech. / B.Arch. (2019, 2018, 2017 & 2016 Admissions): Economically backward students: Income up to
Rs. 1 Lakh = Full Fees. Between 1 to 5 lakhs: 2/3 of the fee. These students have to upload latest income Certificate (issued after April, 2019) issued by
the State revenue authorities not below the rank of Tahsildar.
* All SC/ST/PH students eligible for tuition fee waiver have to submit a copy of SC/ST/PH category certificate in support of their claim, along with
registration form and have to pay the Miscellaneous fee as above.
** SC / ST from Kerala not availing e-Grantz should pay fee as per column (4) in Table above. OEC students from Kerala not availing e-Grantz should
pay fee as per Column (3) in table above.
*** As per the MHRD directive No. F. No.-13-30/2016-ICC dated November 22, 2017, fee from CIWG category of candidates whose parents have come
back and settled in India is acceptable in INR and for all others, the fee is to be paid in USD.

All students availing Educational Loans are advised to approach the Bank well in advance so as to release their fee for the Winter Semester 2019-
20, before the due dates mentioned above. Please note that Bank Loan amount can only be adjusted against their fees and Institute is not
authorized to refund any amount. For those who are availing the Educational Loan, this notice will constitute as Demand for Fees for the
Winter Semester 2019-2020. The Demand Draft towards the fee should be in favour of “Director, NIT Calicut” and towards Hostel Fees,
if any, should be in favour of “Chief Warden, NITC Hostels. The Demand Draft towards the fee has to be submitted to the SBI NITC
Branch along with a Challan. Only this Challan duly attested by the Bank on receiving the DD has to be uploaded for Registration.
Uploading scanned copy of DD will not be accepted as proof of payment of fee and their application for registration will be rejected. All
SC, ST, OEC students whose place of domicile is Kerala state are requested to contact Academic Section for scholarship renewal
immediately after registration.

SBI Online Payment Gateway will be disabled on December 16, 2019 at 5 PM for normal fee collection, however with a fine
of Rs 1000/- fee can be remitted online between December 23, 2019 to January 02, 2020 at 5 PM.
