Project Plan for Cooking an Egg Dish

I. Name of Project
HAM- MIXED VEGETABLE OMELET
II. Objectives: To be able to-
1. Assemble all needed ingredients properly
2. Follow the correct procedure in preparing and cooking Ham-Mixed Vegetable Omelet
3. Evaluate the cooked product correctly
III. Tools/Utensils needed
Non-stick pan knife fork/egg beater
Chopping board mixing bowl turner
IV. Ingredients
1 small white onion
½ c. cooked chopped ham
¼ c. mixed vegetables/green peas, sweet corn, carrot, red pepper
3 medium-sized eggs
3 T. oil
Salt and pepper to taste
V. Procedure
1. Mix chopped onion, chopped cooked ham, and the mixed vegetables.
2. Add salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
3. Heat a little oil.
4. Saute the ham, onion, and mixed vegetables.
5. Set aside and cool.
6. Beat the eggs until light and foamy.
7. Heat oil in a non- stick pan.
8. Pour the beaten eggs.
9. Arrange the cooked ham mixture at the middle of the beaten eggs from one end to the other.
10. When the bottom starts to turn golden brown, fold each side of the eggs over the filling.
11. Allow the eggs to fully cook for about 2 minutes more.
12. Transfer to a serving plate.
13. Add suitable garnishing.
14. Serve hot.
