With increasing population and migration opportunities, developers are always looking
out to convert the land use zones to residential and commercial and de-
velop households. But do people necessarily need only residential zones?

Through the project, after studying the site in detail I want to tap out issues I deem
very important, fuse them into 2-3 major issues and look forward to answering them.

For instance, developing mixed prototypes of typologies that can work as mak-
ing and living spaces, then open spaces that can become multi-functional testing
grounds, residential complexes that encourage co-living and co-working features.

I’m also going to explore the Commercial 3 Zone and what are the possi-
bilities that behold to make a community function in a full-fledged mode.
