Range of motion / applications overview
General position

The patient can exercise sitting (gym

ball, stool, chair) or standing.
FysioGaming also works with most
wheelchairs.

Upper extremities

The required minimum range of motion

is a 10cm hand movement.
Some exercises can be performed with
no shoulder range of motion and most of
them as soon as there is aprox. 30
degrees mobility in the shoulder.

Trunk balance

The trunk balance range of motion can

be calibrated for every patient. It
enables patients to exercise even if they
have just as little as aprox. 6 degrees
range of motion.

Lower extremities

The required range of motion starts from
aprox. 20 degrees of mobility in the hip.
The higher it gets, the more exercises
one can perform.
FysioGaming also enables dynamic
balance: walking, running and jumping,
where the step can be very small up to
very wide.
