APPROVAL AND ADOPTION OF THE COMPREHENSIVE BARANGAY YOUTH
DEVELOPMENT PLAN (CBYDP) OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY
DOMALANDAN CENTER AS PART OF THE BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT PLAN.

WHEREAS, last May 14, 2018, a Synchronized Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections
(SBSKE) were held then a set of Sangguniang Kabataan Officials were elected;

WHEREAS, Implementing Rules and Regulation of Republic Act 10742 also known as the
Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015 provides in Chapter II Section 8 paragraph (a) states
that “In consultation and with the concurrence of the Katipunan ng Kabataan, and within three (3)
months from the assumption of office, formulate a three (3)-year rolling plan, which shall be known
as the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP), which shall serve as basis in
preparation of the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYIP).”;

WHEREAS, under Chapter II Section 13 paragraph (b) of the IRR of RA 10742 states that the SK
Chairperson will take the lead in the formulation of the CBYDP and in the preparation of and
implementation of the ABYIP;

WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan shall be included in the
Barangay Development Plan (BDP);
 WHEREAS, in the absence of the Local Youth Development Plan (LYDP), the SK Council
localized the Philippine Youth Development Plan (PYDP);

WHEREAS, the Barangay Secretary along with the SK Secretary shall have a copy furnished of
this resolution and the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP);

WHEREAS, after careful consideration, the Barangay Council found the Comprehensive
Barangay Youth Development Plan by the Sangguniang Kabataan to be meritorious;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SK Chairman Ira Mae C. Navarro duly seconded by all of the
Sangguniang Barangay Members present, be it;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Comprehensive Barangay Youth

Development Plan (CBYDP) of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay DOMALANDAM CENTER
be approved to served its legal intent.

RESOLVED, FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to all concerned

agencies/offices, for their records and file.
