1. Display of service Standard and Flowchart

The Quality Service Lane tarpaulin is displayed in

front of the Police Station 7, BCPO building to show to
people that the PNP is willing to serve the public without
discrimination and with utmost fidelity and compassion.

The PGS wall bearing the Charter Statement of

PRO6 is posted at the entrance of Police Station 7,BCPO.
This wall/tarpaulin will reminds the public that the police
are the servants of the public and public office is a public
trust. We are accountable to the people.

2. PNP Quality Service Lane (QSL) Implementation

On January 6,2020,this office led by PSSg Jovito D

Zamora,PCR PNCO Police Station 7,BCPO
assisted an elderly while visited her son at our
custodial facility.
On January 9,2020,this office led by PSSg Jovito D
Zamora,PCR PNCO Police Station 7,BCPO assited
an injured person in a traffic incident at Purok
Paglaum,Brgy.Mansilingan,Bacolod City.He came at
this station to follow-up his case.

At around 7:00AM of January 3,2020 CARMELO V

NERMAL, Station Commander of Police Station 7,BCPO
accommodated Mr.Martian Muyco of ABS-CBN
Bacolod.The media reporter made some inquiries on the
peace and order situation in AOR.PMAJ NERMAL
accommodated all people like the media and recognize
their contributions for the information dissemination in the
mass media.

The Quality Service Lane tarpaulin/wall is displayed

at the entrance of Police Station 7, BCPO.It helps the
police reminds their duty to the public and the community
to be assertive in their rights.
 3. Action Taken re Dissemination of issued Memo/Directives

At 11:00AM of January 6,2020, personnel of Police

Station 7,BCPO led by PCpl Jhetre O Pangatungan,OPN
PNCO visited Imam Omar Betita of Dar Al-Dhikrr Islamic
and Guidance Center,Brgy.Mansilingan,Bacolod City.This
is response to the higher office’s mandate to establish
rapport to our Muslim brothers.

At around 10:00AM of January 9, 2019 PSSg

Jovito D Zamora,PCR PNCO of this station visited
and conducted dialogue on EO70 at
Brgy.Hall,Brgy.Alijis,Bacolod City.

At around 9:00AM of January 9, 2020 PLT

TALABAN of this station visited and conducted
discussion and coordination on the salient provisions
of EO 70 at Brgy.Hall,Brgy. Mansilingan, Bacolod City.

At around 9:00 AM of January 9, 2020 PSSg Jovito

D Zamora,PCR PNCO of this station visited
Brgy.Hall,Brgy.Alijis,Bacolod City.He then conducted
discussion on how to address issues of burglary in
the said Barangay.
At around 12: 00 PM of January 10, 2020,2019,PSSg
Jovito D Zamora,PCR PNCO of this station conducted
lecture on the salient provisions of RA 9165 to these
drivers at parents outside EJ Garcia Elem
School,Brgy.Alijis,Bacolod City.They were encouraged
to report to authorities any violation of laws and always
keep a number emergency numbers at hand.

At around 12: 00 PM of January 10, 2020, PLT

TALABAN of this station conducted discussion on the
salient provisions of RA 9262 to these women at Public
Market,Brgy.Mansilingan,Bacolod City.

At around 1:00PM of January 9, 2020,2019, PSSg

conducted discussion on the salient provisions of
RA 7610 and RA 9344 in Brgy.Vista
Alegre,Bacolod City.

At around 12:00PM of January 9, 2020, 2019, PCpl

Ma.Fe Soriano,WCPD PNCO of this station
conducted discussion on RA 9165 and Curfew for
Minors at Circumferential Rd.,Brgy.Alijis,Bacolod
City.
At around 11:00AM of January 9,2019, PCpl

conducted discussion on the salient provisions
EO 70 to the group of women at
Brgy.Hall,Brgy.Mansilingan,Bacolod City.

At around 11:00AM of January 9,2019, PSSg

of EO 70 at
Brgy.Hall,Brgy.Mansilingan,Bacolod City.These
women were reminded to be safe always and to
report to authorities any violation of their basic
rights and of the Philippines Laws.

At around 3:00PM of January 8,2019, PSSg Jovito D

Zamora,PCR PNCO conducted discussion on the
PRRD’s EO 70 and NTF-ELCAC to these students at
Cottage Rd.,Brgy.Mansilingan,Bacolod City.
At around 3:00PM of January 8,2019, PCpl.Ma.Fe
Soriano,WCPD PNCO of this station conducted
discussion on the PNP’s Project “I Belong” and
PNP’s Best Practices to kids at Purok
Paglaum,Brgy.Mansilingan,Bacolod City.
