I. BUSINESS DEFINITION:
Busogguchi Filipino Japanese restaurant is a restaurant that manage of a
circle of friend that graduates of hotel and restaurant management. Being
a hrm graduate the mind of the owners innovate the Japanese foods into
Filipino-Japanese food. The owners manage the busogguchi Filipino
Japanese Restaurant with Japanese ambiance but with Filipino culture.
Being one of the Filipino Japanese Restaurant they practice being
courteous, kind and respect to the co employees and to the customer to
create a good image and good quality customer service.

Mission:
To provide alternative Japanese cuisine, with a Filipino twist that will
satisfy every customer in affordable price.
Vision:
To become one of the well-known Filipino-Japanese Restaurant not only
just in the Philippines but also international.
To serve a delicious and satisfying Filipino- Japanese cuisine at the low
price.

higher price but in our Restaurant. We serve a yummy and delicious

NATURE OF BUSINESS:
Our nature of business is about creating a new version of Japanese dish
with a touch of Filipino. Instead of using a Japanese Ingredients we
substitute it to the Filipino ingredients in able to create an innovated
Filipino Japanese dish. We do focus in creating a dish that easy to prepare
or easy to carry such as bento. Bento is very popular nowadays because it
creates a palatable dish that everyone of us will surely wants to try to each.
Our restaurant focus in making a bento such as sushi that has a Filipino
ingredients.
STATEMENT OF FINANCING NEEDED:

The capital of our restaurant is generated by the company owners. In order


to start a restaurant, we generated our own resources, such as properties,
savings account and we also have a loan in banks.
We also gathered our friends and family in create an good foundation in
our restaurant. It is also the strategic form that we create. In the help of
our friends and family the advertising and also in manpower in starting up
our business because we all believes that in the help of the family and
friends everything is light.
We also finding a stock holder or partners in generating funds and work
related things. In having a good partners, you also having a good working
environment.

STATEMENT OF CONFIDENTIAL AGREEMENT:

This is the agreement under the name of Karla Villanueva, Jhulee Anne
T. Garcia, Kristel Ballon, Nicole Johnecca Fancubit, John Robert Avila,
Carlo Cabiling, and Jesriel Escalada that the bento-go restaurant is
equally divided in each one of us. We are all divided in to the funds,
resources and all the liabilities of the restaurant. We also agreed that
every profits of the restaurant will be also divided in to all of us. Being a
board of directors we also agreed in fully transparent in every
transaction we are doing in able to avoid untoward disagreement.
II. Executive Summary

The business plan in this document is an innovative ideas of Filipino


Japanese food business. Nowadays, in Philippines, Japanese food
has become a trend in society mostly in a millennial Filipinos.
Japanese food brings a lot benefits to consumers and there are a lot
of restaurants that serve Japanese food. It can easily be found in the
shopping centre, malls, and etc. And most of them offered a similar
services. Busogguchi is a restaurant that consists of five third year
Hotel and Restaurant Management students from STI College Sta.
Mesa. The restaurant is operated at Fiesta Market, Market! Market!
McKinley Pkwy, Taguig, 1630 Metro Manila. Busogguchi Filipino
Japanese Restaurant is a Japanese food with the taste of our Filipino
dish in a Japanese traditional bento. We offered Filipino Japanese
foods especially sushi with high quality and affordable prices and it
has a unique concept by the bento go where help to ease your busy
time. The main idea of this business is the concept of not all
consumer mostly Filipino want the taste of Japanese food, so we
came up the idea of fusion between the Japanese and Filipino food
where they can enjoy the both dish in one meal.
