 Progress monitoring according to the master work program

 Reviewing Documents (Structural Drawings, Architectural drawings, Method

of statement, Test reports, Material approval, progress reports, work

  Checked design calculations for water treatment processes, structural

calculation for water retaining structures in Deduru Oya Water Supply Project

Distribution Mains

crossings, Chamber and Thrust blocks
 Reviewing of Contractor’s documents Structural Drawings, Architectural
drawings, Method of Statement, Test reports, Materials approval
 Introduced Construction Formats for DWRs, RFIs, Checklists etc. and
Maintained the documents as per the ISO standards

Scope - Construction of 23 storied 2 Tower Building Including Car Park in Phase II

Duties - Supervision of all the following construction works

  Engaged in all site management works and Progress the site works by managing
the available resource for monthly targets.
 Manage resources for rebar work and Supervision of rebar work at sites and
Reinforcement Detailing works, preparation of rebar shop drawings for
Columns, Shear Walls, Beams, Slabs including bar schedules
 Dealing with Concrete work, Finishing work including Block works, plaster
work, Painting, Tiling, Wardrobes and Water proofing work etc.
