RESOLUTION NO. 02, SERIES OF 2018

RESOLUTION ON THE REALIGNMENT AND ADOPTION OF THE

REVISED CY 2018 ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT
PROGRAM OF THE REMAINING 2018 SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN
(SK) FUND TO SUPPORT THE PROJECTS OF THE SANGGUNIANG
KABATAAN OF BARANGAY MANIBOC, LINGAYEN, PANGASINAN.

WHEREAS, the Synchronized Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Election

(SBSKE) was held on May 14, 2018 pursuant to RA 10952;

WHEREAS, upon assumption of the new sets of SK Officials, it was decided

upon by the council to prioritize projects as prescribed by Section 20 (c) of the
Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 10742, also known as
Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015.

WHEREAS, the newly elected SK Officials of Barangay Maniboc realigns the

remaining amount of Two Hundred Seventy Three Thousand and Sixty One Pesos
(P273,061.00) from the 10% Sangguniang Kabataan General Fund amounting to Five
Hundred Seventy Three Thousand Eight Hundred Four (P573,804.00).

WHEREAS, a CY 2018 REVISED ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT

PROGRAM is created by the newly elected SK Officials for the use of the remaining
Sangguniang Kabataan Fund.

WHEREAS, the documents for the realignment and adoption is hereby attached,
CY 2018 STATUS OF UTILITZATION OF THE 10% SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN
FUND, CY 2018 ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT PROGRAM by the SK
TaskForce, and CY 2018 REVISED ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT
PROGRAM by the Newly Elected SK Officials.

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of SK Member Stephen John S. Santos duly

seconded by all of the Sangguniang Kabataan members present; be it:
 RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the realignment and
adoption of the Revised Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan of the
Remaining Sangguniang Kabataan Fund of Barangay Maniboc amounting Two
Hundred Seventy Three Thousand and Sixty One Pesos (P273,061.00) be approved
to serve its legal intent.

RESOLVED, FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to all

concerned agencies/offices, for their records and file.
