Andy Hasty’s Biography
• Andy Hasty is currently a Global Business Process Owner for Finance and
Accounting at IKO Industries, Inc., a global manufacturer of roofing and insulation
products. In this role, he is responsible for identifying business needs, evaluating
industry best practices, and developing business processes that leverage
technology to improve efficiency. Andy works closely with members of the global
organization to design and implement systems to support global business decisions.
• Andy also teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses at several universities,
specializing in technical accounting topics and management decision making. His
research interests lie in strengthening agility and critical thinking skills in the
industry, concepts that he emphasizes to all students.
• Andy holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Saint Leo University, a Master of
Science degree in accounting from Wilmington University, and an MBA with a
concentration in advanced accounting from Wilmington University. He holds the
CMA and CPA designations as well as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt
certification. Andy is currently working toward a Doctor of Business Administration
degree and plans to complete and defend his dissertation later this year.
• We are pleased to have Andy serve as a member of the IMA’s Leadership Academy
faculty and the Leadership Academy Mentoring Program Team Committee.

Susan Edwards’s Biography
• Susan Edwards of Enlighten Management Consulting is
a Business Consultant, Certified Coach, CMA & CPA.
She is also a Six Sigma Green Belt. She currently
coaches financial professionals utilizing the latest
developments in coaching, neuroscience and
mindfulness.
• Susan spent more than 25 years in a variety of
leadership roles with manufacturing companies and
small businesses then went on to found Enlighten
Management Consulting. She is the Past President of
the St. Paul IMA Chapter and a member of the IMA
Leadership Academy Faculty.
