Advantages of the Machine , ..

Each spout works as an individual unit to fill 50 kg cement bags. .
The cement is pushed by the Impeller C3 since air is required only to fluidize the cement ins& 9
the casing, very less air enters into the cement resulting in low spillage.
The filled bag remains hanging on the Nozzle until the Microprocessor ensures actual weight of
the bag after the filling cycle is completed €3 the gate is closed. Bag shall be ejected and
discharged on conveyor belt at discharge only.
:.; Flow is controlled by a specially designed Slide gate which is operated by 3 position pneumatic
cylinder. This Slide gate is available in vertical as well as horizontal design. ' I'

Ring aeration provided on the back of the nozzle reduces nozzle w clogging.

I complete Packing plant as per requirements of
customer starting from Bucket Elevator to the automatic loading machines of cement bags in
trucks, trailors or rail wagons. Existing Mechanical Roto-Packers can be easily replaced as per
