1 Upon consideration of plaintiffs Quality Investment Fund, Malta 1, Ltd. and


2 Quality Investment Fund’s (“Plaintiffs”) Motion for Entry of Default Against Martin
3 Schuermann, the declarations of Sheila Mojtehedi and Paolo Bruckner, and good
4 cause having been shown:
5 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs Motion is GRANTED. Plaintiffs
6 are awarded judgment against Schuermann as follows:
7  $2,370,000 in compensatory damages / restitution to Quality
8 Investment Fund, Malta 1, Ltd.;
9  $1,350,696 in compensatory damages / restitution to Quality
10 Investment Fund;
11  Pre-judgment interest in the amount of $414,750 to Quality Investment
12 Fund, Malta 1, Ltd.;
13  Pre-judgment interest in the amount of $236,371.8 to Quality
14 Investment Fund;
15  And post judgment interest pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961 at a rate equal
16 to the weekly average 1-year constant maturity Treasury yield, as
17 published by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System,
18 for the calendar week preceding the date of the judgment.
