Being a PG diploma graduate from NICMAR, Hyderabad in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management,
having rich experience of over 09 years in the field of Procurement and Contracts,Quantity Surveying, Civil
Engineering, Project Management, Planning seeking exposure to commercial/infrastructure development
projects, including all phases of construction, (i.e. pre-tendering and post-tendering, estimating, planning, cost
analysis, business development, construction management, etc.) and to be associated with a progressive

CURRENT ASSIGNMENT:

Presently working as Assistant Manager in the job role of Executive Planning and MIS PMO in
RELIANCE SMSL LTD.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Procurement and Contracts which includes estimation of costs, preparation of work orders, preparation
and finalization of contracts.
• Planning weekly and monthly targets, conducting meetings with the staff, and vendors to reach the
targets
• Developing business strategy for the company by understanding the market
trends and competitive positioning
• Estimation of quantities and documentation for billing purpose
• Monitoring the quality of the work and improve wherever required
• Daily and Weekly progress reports are updated
• Plan for project execution to achieve defined targets
• Implement strategies for maximizing profitability
• Follow-up with vendors for timely material delivery
• Map and assign job to engineers for site activities
• Conduct variance analysis to determine projected and actual result difference
• Quality audits to be done periodically.

 • Resurfacing the existing B.T. road including development of foot paths, drains and turfing works from
H-7junction to Convent junction in VPT area

• Responsible for execution of assigned civil packages by managing a team of staff under control.
• Review and offer comments on GFC drawings and Technical specs released for construction.
• Providing and facilitating required inputs on behalf of owner to contractors for smooth and targeted
execution of civil packages.
• Mobilization of material well in advance, to complete the work in scheduled period of time.
• Handling site issues of execution with Engineering and to liaison between site force and engineering to
resolve the issues.
