As part of the requirements of the course Bachelor of Science in Information Technology,

our students will undergo off-campus four-hundred (400) hours of On-the-Job Training during their 4th
year level. It is held on the 2nd Semester of the academic year.

The program is designed to augment the knowledge and skills gained by the students in
school. It also aims to develop positive interpersonal relation of the student in a workplace setting.

In this regard, I am endorsing MR. JAYSON G. TINGCANG as trainee for On-the-Job

Training in your office. And at the end of the training, the Information Technology department of the
College requires the student to submit a narrative report of his experience together with a certification
and evaluation of his performance from your office.
