DETERMINATION OF COLLUSION

PETITIONER, by undersigned counsel and unto this Honorable

Court, respectfully states:

1. That respondent had already received the summons as per

Process Server’s Return dated August 27, 2013;

2. That the Solicitor General had also entered its appearance for
said cases authorizing the City Prosecutor to appear in its behalf
as per Notice of Appearance dated July 1, 2013;

3. Considering the same, this case is now ripe for the

determination of collusion between parties in the above-
captioned cases;

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed to this Honorable

Court that this motion BE GRANTED and a date be set for the
determination of collusion.

Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
