Approval of Expenses for Working Pads at Wellhead

Background
In Compliance with ILO codes of Practice & HSEQ standards of PEL, it is mandatory to have the Cellar
Grating, scaffolding/working platform and shed for wellhead control panel at respective Well Sites (Ayesha-
1, Aminah-1 and Ayesha North-1). In light of the aforesaid requirement at all three wells, Field Welder along
with PEIC visited Golarchi (local market) to obtain cost estimates, but none of the vendor had the required
material available in Stock. The team then onwards visited Badin city where only one vendor gave an
affirmative response for the required material with terms cash only. The breakup of Cost pertaining to the
material is given below. The same is stipulated along with this Minute Sheet;

Approval
Approval of Chairman/CE / Director Finance is solicited for Rs. 639,576/- is required for purchase of said
material.

Finance
Finance to issue a cheque in favour of Mr. Yousaf Gulzar (Field Accountant) for purchase of above mentioned
material. Actual bills will be submitted after the purchase. Sanctioned amount is to be charged to Badin IV
South block.
