Shop drawings for MEP works & BBS

MEP works the same will be discussed with MEP team on 16th Nov 2019 along with drawings

BBS will be submitted to office on 16 th Nov 2019 and site copy is here for your kind
information.

Undertaking letter has been issued and assured to complete the backfilling by Feb 2020.

Swimming Pools – Karani will submit the prequalification of the contractors for approval.

NOC’s – all Noc’s had been obtained and work is in progress.

Client name had been removed from the name board.

Points to be discussed:

1. Approval for Dewatering NOC from DM got of 12th NOV 2019 after big struggle with
DM officials.
2. Till today we are in line with the program submitted by us.
3. Due to the rain, there may be delay in drying, due to which compaction/
Consolidation/ testing may delay, the delays will be compensated by doing extra
hours of works.
4. Emirates Steel/ Conares have been approved by the consultant.
5. Load schedule for Temporary power supply is approved by DEWA and copy is for your
ready reference.
6. Necessary materials such as reinforcement steel, water proofing materials will be
submitted for testing.
7. Shop drawings from the lift people will be submitted for approval.
8. All necessary shop drawings will be submitted to Naga’s main office along with a site
copy for speedy action.
9. Necessary log sheet will be submitted on approval of the submitted program.
10. RAB 1 will be submitted by 14th Nov 2019

1. Excavation completion
2. Road Base filling
3. Anti Termite
4. Vapor Barrier
5. Blinding concrete.

Note: Dewatering work will be in progress until completion of Raft slab.
