Brief Description:

An external truck driver of Marro Trucking was observed via CCTV camera crossing under his
truck chassis at the Truck Holding Area/Parking 04 area. The external truck driver went under his
truck’s chassis and opened the passenger side door to peek inside his truck. He then returned to
the driver’s side door by walking in front of his truck (not under). The driver was apprehended by
security mobile patrol before he could board his truck. Before he was observed going under the
truck chassis, the external truck driver was observed loitering in the truck holding area so security
mobile patrol was immediately dispatched to apprehend him. The external truck driver tested
positive for drug use based on initial drug test. The incident has an actual severity of level 1
because there was no injury from this near miss. It has potential severity of level 5 because the
truck could have moved while the driver was under the chassis.

FSO. 5.The subject driver was brought to clinic. Initial Alcohol test was negative while initial Drug
test resulted positive to METH.
