SUBJECT : Reiteration of Department Memorandum No. 2019-0091 dated

March 1, 2019 entitled “Submission of 2018 Procurement Report
of Medical Devices and supplies.”

This is with reference to the Department Memorandum (DM) No. 2019-0091 dated March 1, |

2019 entitled “Submission of 2018 Procurement Report of Medical Devices and supplies”. The
said data will be used in formulating a policy aiming to improve the
efficiency of government
procurement for Medical devices and supplies.

The stated deadline for the submission of the said data was on May 15, 2019. Relative thereto,
please be informed that there are several Regional Offices (ROs) and DOH Retained and
Specialty Hospitals still yet to comply with the above said DM. Attached herewith is a copy of
the list of those ROs and DOH Hospitals.

In the above light, may we reiterate the submission of the said documents on or before
February 3, 2020. Please send the copy of the document through any of the following:
